Essential oils are made from parts of certain plants such as leaves, herbs, barks, and rinds. These concentrated plant extracts retain the natural smell also called ” essence” of their source. Makers use different methods such as distillation or presses to concentrate the plant parts into oils.
With their specific immune strengthening properties many essential oils will work directly to fortify the immune response and some can eradicate the bacteria and viruses that can make us sick.
Essential oils can be inhaled or diluted and applied to the skin. They may stimulate your sense of smell or have medicinal effects when absorbed, like

Tea tree oil is a staple in my household. I had been battling Eczema for many years before I was introduced to this amazing fighter against bacteria s and fungal skin conditions this germ-fighting oil helps in preventing infection and will promote healing of the skin due to it’s anti-inflammatory action.
I also incorporate it into my diffusers with other good smelling Oils as Tea tree oil in known to have antiviral properties.
Tea tree oil contains several compounds including terpinen – 4-ol which has shown to kill certain bacteria, viruses and fungi, terinine-4-ol has shown to increase the activity of your white blood cells who help fight off germs and other foreign invaders.
With this germ – fighting anti-inflammatory properties Tea tree Oil is a MUST have for anyone that values the natural remedy for treating bacterial and fungal skin conditions, preventing infection and promote healing .

Use of essential oils / Eucalyptus

Eucalyptus is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties. I am sure most of you have had Eucalyptus in one form or another during a cold to help loosen phloem and relieve congestion.
Eucalyptus Oil will battle bacteria and ease congestion when sniffing the pungent oil, but that is not all it is known for. It is a tick repellent and when diluted the eucalyptus oil may be applied to the skin and can be used against health problems like arthritis and skin ulcers.
One more great use is the deodorizing effect this oil has, often we can find it in deodorants or mouthwash.
A word of warning though. This oil can be poisonous if not diluted correctly and should only be used diluted and under guidance of a qualified health care provider.

AND DON’T DO / USE OF ESSENTIAL OILS
Only buy organic!!!! organic oils are free of pesticides and will assure that you are getting a superior quality
Don’t take essential oils orally!!! unless you have a qualified healthcare practitioner that will be able to guide on how to use essential oils, be aware that some essential oils can be poisonous or can contradict with some medicine you are taking. Be safe and assure yourself the most effective use of essential oils for immune support and consult your Dr. first.
Always pay attention to the ingredients!!! as a general guideline it is safe to say that the price of your oil typically will reflect its quality and purity but it is a good Idea to research the oils to assure you will choose the ones that have the most benefits for your needs.
Dilute, dilute, dilute!!!!! I can not stress enough how important it is to dilute your essential oils with a carrier oil like coconut oil or avocado oil. Essential oils are highly concentrated .
I personally use oils from Jade Bloom they do not just provide you with certificates for each and every oil they sell but also offer a FREE Jade Bloom University where you can learn about the oils and are able to earn free product while achieving different levels of education.
